Beim DULV hatte ich kürzlich angerufen da Swing ein Schreiben veröffentlicht hatte welches besagt, dass man das ausländische Zertifikat zusammen mit Stempel/Unterschrift vom Importeur, Seriennr. des Schirms und eigener Unterschrift an den DULV senden soll.
